About [re+active]

 

[re+active] physical therapy and wellness, founded in 2012, grew out of a desire to provide exceptional care to clients with neurologic disorders.



We are board certified neurologic clinical specialists (NCS) and are committed to advancing neurologic physical therapy practice and exercise and wellness for those with chronic disease.

 

We are housed within the Movement Performance Institute (MPI), a state-of-the-art multi-use clinic, education and research space.  This unique space allows the ultimate integration of the latest evidence for physical therapy practice with client-centered care.
