Neurologic Physical Therapy Evaluation and Treatment
Personalized one on one evaluation and treatment sessions guided by the client's goals and the latest evidence in physical therapy practice. We specialize in evaluation of falls, gait and balance disorders and neurologic disorders such as PD, MS, stroke, SCI, TBI, amputations, and neuropathy and in health and wellness. PWR! and LVST Big Training for clients with PD. Seating and positioning wheelchair evaluations in the home or clinic.
We complete thorough movement-based evaluations and treatment with detailed reports to communicate with other health care providers. Sessions are typically one hour long with direct care by a docotor of physical therapy.
Occupational Therapy Evaluation and Treatment
Specialized neurologic evaluation and treatment geared toward the client’s goals for ADLs, fine motor skills and lifestyle re-design. PWR! and LVST Big Training for clients with PD.
E2P2 Program
Early Evaluation and Exercise for Prevention in PD. Specialized evaluation for client's newly diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.
Balance and Falls
Specialized evaluation using standardized outcome measures, instrumented analysis and video movement analysis to analyze balance for fall risk and provide individualized treatment.
Gait Evaluation and Treatment
Biomechanical gait analysis with use of 2D video capture motion analysis and instrumented Zebris FDM treadmill.
Gait training including use of the Alter G antigravity treadmill system. Noraxon surface EMG for targeted assessment and treatment.
Dystonia Management
Detailed evaluation and treatment based on the latest evidence including learning based sensorimotor retraining, movement re-education, TENS, surface EMG all based on the theories of neuroplasticity.
Balance-Based Torso-Weighting

Independent use of the Alter G anti gravity treadmill system for gait training or aerobic exercise.

Our wellness visits will help you do this with one on one time a neurologic specialist physical therapist. Also a great way to keep in contact with your therapist should you need a "tune up" therapy visit.
