[re+active] classes and group training provide a continuation of or adjunct to physical therapy. Classes are designed to empower healthy behaviors and wellness into life beyond the class! All classes are based on the latest research evidence for wellness and exercise for people with neurologic injuries and are directed by an expert in the field.

A movement-based class for persons with Parkinson's Disease that works on balance, coordination, agility and functional strength. This class is based on evidence and has been shown to increase walking speed, decrease falls, improve sit to stand ability, and improve balance. This class involves full-body, multi-planar movements and is led to music to improve timing and control.
[re+move] is a fast-paced class with limited sitting and resting breaks. It involves balancing on or stepping over objects, agility tasks, obstacle courses, multi-directional walking, sit to stand drills, dual tasks and more. You will be sweating! Classes include pre- and post-testing to showcase your gains! Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in neurology.
1 class for $25, 10 for $220, 15 for $300

NeuroYoga module series - 4 weeks at a time
Saturdays @ 12:00 p.m. 60 minutes.

Each module is an adapted yoga class for individuals of all physical abilities, including those with neurologic, orthopedic or other disorders, that make attending a traditional yoga class difficult. Breath and movement meditation. Challenge your body in a mindful, fluid way and feel great at the end of the session. Caregivers may be asked to assist. No previous yoga experience required! New students please arrive 15 minutes early to register.
Module 4: A Balancing Act
Where is the line between stability and mobility? This series will focus on finding your tipping point in a safe and playful environment.

[re+move] modified is a paced class with components in sitting and supported standing. It is appropriate for those who use a wheelchair, require an assistive device to walk or have limited endurance (able to stand or walk less than 30 minutes). Caregivers may be asked to assist. You will be sweating! Classes include pre- and post-testing to showcase your gains! Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in neurology.
Group training rates per session:
Group of 2 = $65/ person
Group of 3 = $43/ person
Group of 4 = $32.50/ person
Group of 5 = $26/person

A class that specifically targets vocalization, singing, breathing, and talking using music to enhance your efforts. This class is designed to improve the quality of your voice so that people can hear you better. You will have fun practicing your “outside voice” inside with music and the company of others. Led by an experienced voice coach and certified music therapist.
